At Green Dot, we integrate yoga into our school curriculum with the same importance as any other subject. This holistic approach begins as early as the pre-primary grades, where children are introduced to yoga through simple body movements designed to enhance flexibility, concentration, and memory.

By embedding yoga into daily school life, we aim to empower our students with tools for self-awareness, mindfulness, and inner peace—laying the foundation for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Yoga Activities

Outdoor Games: PE Games, Track & Field, Football, Cricket, Tennis, Swimming.
